Hi, I'm Polly Green.
I'm an intuitive coach, medium, and energy healer. I help women let go of what's weighing them down, reconnect with themselves, and deepen their connection with Spirit.
Some people come to me because they're feeling stuck in old patterns, carrying energy that feels heavy, or want to feel comfortable in their own skin.
They may be receiving signs, having experiences they can't quite explain, or are feeling drawn to explore their spiritual gifts but aren't sure how to trust what they're receiving.
At the heart of my work is chakra and energy clearing. I combine this with intuitive coaching and guidance from Spirit to help you release what you're ready to let go of and create space for more clarity, confidence, self-love, and freedom.
I also have a deep connection with the natural world. I've spent much of my life as a professional whitewater kayaker and river guide, and nature has taught me about trusting myself, being present, and learning to listen.
I offer private sessions and longer-term mentorships, and I'd love to connect with you.

What happens in a session?
We begin by talking about what's happening in your life, what you're struggling with, and what you'd like to shift or create.
Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be holding you back. Sometimes that means looking at old experiences or relationships. Other times, it's about gaining clarity on where you are now and where you want to go.
From there, I guide you through chakra and energy clearing to help release what you're ready to let go of and make space for something new.
I also connect with Spirit and your Spirit Team, bringing through intuitive guidance and insights that may help you see things from a different perspective.
My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, clearer, more connected to yourself, and empowered to move forward.

For more than a decade, I've immersed myself in the study and practice of intuition, mediumship, meditation, yoga and spiritual development while living and studying in India and Bali.
Combined with years of coaching and guiding transformational experiences, I've developed an approach that is deeply intuitive, grounded, and practical.
