How to deal with negative self talk as female empaths

If you've ever struggled with feeling like your head is just exploding with too many negative thoughts then I thought it might be helpful to share a technique that I use everyday and also teach to my clients.
It's called Dissolve the Wall, and it is a strategy that I have designed to combat and alchemize negative thoughts and turn them into the positive.
The first step is to become aware that we are having a thought that is not serving us.
The second step is to forgive yourself for having that thought.
The third step is to send yourself unconditional love.
The fourth step is to change the thought to the opposite.
The only thing we ever have control over is ourselves, and our thinking.
When we begin to harness the power of our thoughts our external life begins to change because everything external is a reflection of what's going on internally.

It's a tool that we can use that helps us to remember that these thoughts that I'm thinking they're not serving me!
If thoughts are not helpful it is time to let them go.
