I'm Polly Green, a dedicated spiritual coach, energy worker, medium and channeller.
As someone who has navigated the complexities of the spirit world, I understand first hand the challenges and uncertainties that can arise on this journey. I, too, experienced moments of doubt, fear, and confusion as I grappled with my spiritual sensitivity and encountered various energies and entities beyond the physical realm.
However, through dedicated study, practice, and personal growth, I was able to overcome these challenges and develop a sense of confidence and empowerment in navigating the spirit world. I delved into extensive research, sought guidance from experienced mentors, and immersed myself in spiritual practices to deepen my connection with the divine and refine my intuitive abilities.
Over a decade of living in India and Bali, taught me valuable tools: grounding, protection, discernment, and self-trust, which allowed me to navigate the spirit world with greater ease and assurance. By integrating these experiences and insights into my daily life, I transformed my sensitivities into strengths and found a profound sense of purpose and fulfillment in serving others on their spiritual paths.
Drawing from my own journey of growth and transformation, I am passionate about helping others overcome similar challenges and discover their innate gifts and abilities. My goal is to provide guidance, support, and practical tools to empower female empaths to navigate the spirit world with confidence, clarity, and authenticity.
