“I’ve also increased my awareness around my emotional well being, and gained the confidence to face my dreams (dharma) of pursuing a career in filmmaking. One tangible result of our work has been building a morning routine. I’m now pretty consistent with a daily yoga practice that works for me. It’s literally only five sun salutations, but it helps me stay accountable to myself and keeps my sore, kayaker body limber. There were many results that surprised me throughout our work.
